Hi there,
...patience is a virtue...
I don't mean to offend you in any way by mentioning this - you seem to be in a hurry somehow.
You know, we're all here to help each other's out - some have more time to listen to the posted tunes, some have less. I try to stop by once a week and give more or less helpful comments. For me, this means burning the tracks to cd and listen to them at least on my living-room canton speakers, if something's buried even on the studio nearfields. That way I can judge best what I'm hearing. I think some of the other fellows here handle it in a similar way. But one needs a bit of time to do so. There are times at which I'm stuck in my stuff, others may do their dayjob, have family etc.etc.etc. - this keeps us away from reacting asap. These words are just a hint to clear up why things are takin some time here sometimes.
Anyway, I've downloaded your tunes but have to listen to them on another environment, I don't like the idea of giving mixing-comments based on what I hear through my headphones.
The main reason for posting this was to put your topic on top of the threads - I guess it got a bit hidden due to my typing-orgy yesterday (Monday). May this will help to get some more comments on this tune.
All the best,
Tannoy.

Hi Terry,
here is what came up to my mind while listening to
the shoop shoop song:
Some less reverb would help to let it sound more direct, I think. The snare + the toms could use a little more volume and the kick could use more kick...what!?...I mean it may would treat the song better if it would be eq'd / processed in a similar way you did it at 'you've lost that lovin' feelin'' (and I hope you did treat the kick differently on that tune, otherwise I'm gonna kick my speakers to the moon).
you've lost that lovin' feelin':
The lead voc is way too boomy IMHO, there's a lot of low-mid-stuff, probably in the 300-800 Hz range going on. The drums are getting somewhat buried when everything gets goin', but I think that's due to the aforementioned reverb-usage.
Best wishes,
Marco.
